Pipework is a managed sales operations service run by 73Mobile. This page explains what data we handle and how. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

This website

This site collects almost nothing:

• No cookies. No analytics scripts. No trackers.
• Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security and uptime. They are not used for profiling.
• If you book a call, that happens on Calendly's site under Calendly's privacy policy. If you email us, we keep the correspondence.

Client CRM data

If you become a client, we work inside your CRM. That data stays yours, and we treat it that way:

• We sign an NDA before setup begins.
• We use your CRM data only to run your account: cleanup, enrichment, prioritization, drafted follow-ups, and reporting.
• We do not use your data to train models for other clients, sell it, share it, or use it for anything outside your engagement.
• Access is limited to the people working on your account.
• On cancellation we remove our access. Your enriched, prioritized CRM stays with you.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it.
